The wine's silky tannins provide a smooth, velvety texture, while its crisp acidity keeps it lively and refreshing.
With an alcohol percentage around 13.5%, Angeline Vineyards Pinot Noir is a versatile wine that pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It's an excellent choice for lighter fare, such as grilled salmon, roasted chicken, or mushroom risotto. Its fruity character also makes it a wonderful accompaniment to cheese plates or charcuterie boards.

Bright red fruit is there! Cherries and raspberries, as promised. Earthy notes are subtle, but add a nice layer. I'm still learning to pinpoint tannins, but feels smooth. 3.5 stars.
