Bottega Gold is a Prosecco DOC Brut obtained by the vinification of Glera grapes. The elegance, freshness and vivacity of its bubbles make it an ideal wine for important occasions. Located 45 km north of Venice, not far from Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, on the hills that overlook the splendid Venetian plain, lies the village of Bibano, where Sandro Bottega’s family has been cultivating vines since the 17th century. In 1920, Domenico Bottega, Sandro’s grandfather, was a wine trader. Then, in the 1950s, his son Aldo, with the passion of a true artisan, expanded the family business, founding his own distillery.

Bottega Gold is visually brilliant, with a persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers typical and refined characteristics with fruity (apple, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia) notes. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slender body and lively yet balanced acidity.

This Prosecco is perfect as an aperitif. It goes well with appetizers, raw fish, grilled white meats, steamed vegetables, and vegetable-based first courses. Its versatility makes it a perfect accompaniment for a wide range of dishes, adding a touch of elegance to any meal.
